Fruit Cocktail Cake

1 1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 can fruit cocktail-drained
2 cup flour
1 3/4 (tsp?) baking soda and baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

40-50 minutes at 350

poke holes in cake and pour over hot cake...

3/4 cup white sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup pet milk
1 tsp vanilla

2 minutes...boil hard
