Frozen Lemonade Dessert

CRUST:
40 Ritz Crackers 1 stick butter
¼ cup powdered sugar

FILLING:
1 can Eagle Brand Milk 9 ozs. Cool Whip
1 (6 oz) can lemonade

For Crust: Crush Ritz crackers, coarsely, then add powdered sugar and melted butter. Reserve ¾ cup for topping. Press rest into 9” x 13” pan. For Filling: Blend Eagle Brand, Lemonaide, and Cool Whip together and spread over crust. Top with remaining crumbs and freeze.
