Sausage Stars

1 pkg Egg Roll Wrappers
1 lb sausage
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup Ranch Dressing
4 oz black olives, chopped (optional)

Cook sausage, crumble and drain well. Mix all ingredients together except
egg roll wrappers. Press egg roll wrappers into cup cake tin. Spoon small
amount of mixture in each egg roll and bake at 350 degrees. for 10 minutes
or until cheese bubbles.
