1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c sugar
1T. ground cinnamon
3 10 oz cans of refrigerator biscuits
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c butter/margarine, softened
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle chopped pecans in bottom of well
greased Bundt pan. Set aside. Combine
sugar and cinnamon. Cut biscuits in quarters; roll each piece in sugar
mixture. Layer in pan. Comnine brown sugar and butter, pour over dowgh.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, invert onto serving pan or
platter. Yield: 1 10 -inch coffee cake.
